Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for the automobile industry. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing customers to provide information, schedule service appointments, and handle inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach: Contact potential and existing customers via phone to inform them about our 2-wheeler service offerings, promotions, and special offers.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule service appointments for customers and ensure accurate entry of details into our system.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our 2-wheeler service options, pricing, and any ongoing promotions to effectively address customer queries.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions or escalating issues as needed.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to remind customers of upcoming service appointments or promotions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales, preferably in the automobile industry, is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills..

Working Conditions:
- 6 Days a week with 1 week off.
